It’s time for the reminder card at The Flower Challenge blog with the theme ‘Use Gold’. Made a card with floral noline copic coloring with few diecuts to jazz up the card. And for the gold part, I had used gold mirror cardstock and you can use gold embossing powder, gold glitter pen, gold stickles or anything that fancies you with florals as main focus.
Over to my card,
- For today’s card, I had taken Stampendous Cling Christmas roses stamp set.
- Did No line coloring using Copic ciao alcohol markers.
- Fussy cut the image and liberally splashed it with white gouache for the wintery floral look.
- Die cut Spellbinders Petite twisted oval from a patterned paper and onto it mounted an ornate diecut of Spellbinders using Gold mirror cardstock + White cardstock.
- The focal panel and the florals are arranged as shown in pic over the Olive green A2 sized top fold cardbase which was notched at top corners.
- SSS Holiday words on line – Joyful wishes Die (twice cut from white cardstock) is added on top of flowers for sentiment.
- No embellishments added so as to keep the focus on the florals.
