Hi Friends,

Am here today with a fresh bouquet of Daffodils’ Illustration by Marcella from Powerpoppy. The beautiful digi stamp called Sketches of Spring, tempts you to color it with any coloring medium and I colored it with Faber Castell Pitt pastel pencils.

Over to my card,

Printed PowerPoppy Sketches of Spring Digital stamp onto a textured cardstock meant for Pastel Pencils.
Colored using Faber Castell Pitt Pastel Pencils.
Diecut using Ginamarie Scalloped frame largest die.
Matted onto canary yellow A2 sized top fold cardbase using foam adhesives.

Hi ya Friends,

Happy Thursday!

Made a CAS floral card using Altenew Mini stamp set – Flower Delight and used Faber Castell Pitt Pastel Pencils for coloring.

Over to my card,

Stamped the Altenew Mini stamp – Flower Delight onto a watercolor cardstock using Antique Linen DI.
Colored it using my new coloring medium – Faber Castell Pitt Pastel Pencils.
The surface of the cardstcok gave a nice tooth for the Pastel pencils to work on.
Diecut the focal panel using Gina Marie Scalloped frame die.
Added the Altenew Script word diecut and the sentiment form 2 different sets.
Mounted the panel onto a canary yellow A2 sized cardbase using adhesives.

Hi Crafty peeps,

Am here today with a floral watercolor card using using Altenew – BAG Magnificent Branch. As always did online watercoloring and churned a simple CAS card.

Over to my card,

Stamped the image onto Canson Montval watercolor paper using Antique Linen DI.
Colored using Karin Markers.
Fussy cut and added white calligraphy ink splatters generously.
Mounted the fussy cut image using foam adhesives onto a diecut panel.
Added the sentiment from same stamp set using Altenew Crisp Dye ink- Coral Berry.
The focal panel is mounted onto a Baby pink A2 sized top fold cardbase using adhesives.

Hi Everyone,

Am here today with a floral card using a new to me Colouring Medium. Yes you heard me right. I love to experiment my coloring skills with a variety of Colouring medium and this time, its happened to be

Faber Castell Pastel Pencils.

They are chalky and unlike the regular wax based/oil based / or any other coloured pencils. The cardstock I used was Brustro Pastel assorted pack. It has a wonderful texture/tooth to pick the medium and the layering was pretty good.

Being my maiden attempt with this medium, I took a small floral spray from Altenew – Castle Garden for coloring.

Over to my card,

Stamped Altenew – Castle Garden using Antique Linen DI.
Colored using the Faber Castell Pastel Pencils.
Used Brustro Paper stumps for smudging and layering the colors.
Used Brustro kneadable eraser to take off the colors which was smudged around the image during coloring process.
Sentiments are from 2 different Altenew stamp sets, yet wonderfully worked together. Stamped using Altenew Coral Berry crisp ink pad.
Diecut the panel using scalloped outline die set.
Mounted this panel over the ivory A2 sized cardbase using foam adhesives.

Hey Hi Everyone,

Been in MIA and am back here with a floral card, this time for The Flower Challenge blog as their Design Team Member. Way too delighted to join in this Flower Loving Team of Artists. Thank you Team for the lovely opportunity and the Warm Welcome.

This month’s new challenge at The Flower Challenge – CAS card.

As always focus should be Florals.

Stamped Altenew ‘Always Be kind‘ bellflowers onto a watercolor cardstock using Antique Linen DI to attempt No line Watercoloring.
Watercolored using Karin Brushmarkers.
Trimmed the panel as shown and foam mounted onto a A2 sized Navy blue cardstock.
Scripty die cut Altenew ‘You’ is die cut from Navy blue cs twice and sub sentiment is diecut using Altenew Featured Sentiments Die cut.
Sentiments are added using adhesives as shown.

I have made few cards using the variety of products in this Awesome Release. I have used different coloring medium on Embossed panels this time. Hope you like it!

Over to my cards,

This card features Hosta 3D Embossing Folder.

Applied metallic pigment ink pads over a white focal panel before and after dry embossing to reveal the beautiful patterns. Haven’t sprayed water on panel before dry embossing. Added a Gold diecut –Hello Fancy Die to finish off the card.

The following card features Vintage Lace 3D Embossing folder.

Used watercolor markers to color this pretty floral spray against a white lacy background.

Mounted the dry embossed painted panel onto an Olive green A2 sized Top fold card base and the sentiment strip is added from Sentiment Strip2 Stamp set.

The following card features Cherry Plum Blossom 3D Embossing folder.

Watercolored this dry embossed panel using markers and added a sentiment from Fancy greetings stamp set. Mounted the embossed painted panel onto a Navy blue A2 sized top fold card base using foam adhesives.

The first card features CYLPK Embossing Folder.

Blended light tones of purple on white cardstock before embossing and after dry embossing added darker tones to pop up the embossed portions. Added a die cut sentiment to finish off the card with clear dew droplets.

Featured Sentiment Die Set

This card features CYLPK Florescence stamp set.

It has wonderful floral blooms. Stamped on the Strathmore Toned Gray sketch paper using versamark ink and Pencil colored it.

Blended with lighter yellow tones around the die cut focal panel and stamped the sentiment.

Matted onto an Olive green A2 sized cardbase.

Finished off the card with dew droplets.

Following card features CYLPK Florescence stamp set.

Stamped a floral bloom onto either side of white card panel and did No line watercoloring using markers.

Added the sentiment as shown and splattered white calligraphy ink generously over the colored images.

Matted onto a A2 sized Olive cardbase to finish off the card.

Diecut different layers onto cardstocks and stacked using guidelines. Topped the inflorescence over a top fold A2 sized cardbase using foam adhesives and liquid adhesives for dimension. Stamped sentiment directly over cardbase.
