The Flower Challenge#81 | Use your favourite flower | Reminder| Stampendous

Hiya Friends,

It’s that time for the reminder post at the Flower challenge blog for the ongoing challenge : Use your favourite flower. You can use stencil, dies, stamps and flowers as main focus.

Over to my card,

  • Stamped the Stampendous cosmos spray onto a Strathmore Toned gray sketch paper using Altenew Limestone ink.
  • Die cut it with stitched rectangle die.
  • Coloured using Copics and Coloured pencils.
  • Sponged a corner with Peeled paint Distress ink for interest.
  • Then stamped a sentiment from Kaisercraft.
  • Splattered generously with white gouache masking certain portions of spray and sentiment.
  • Foam mounted the focal panel after air dry over a light pink A2 sized top fold card base.

Hope you like it!

The Flower Challenge#81 | Use your favourite flower | Altenew

Hi All,

Am here again with a floral card for the current challenge at The Flower Challenge Blog. This time the theme is “Use your favourite flower”. For this theme, you can use Stamped flowers, Diecut flowers, Stencil flowers or embossed flowers like mine.

Over to my card,

  • Took a strip of Neenah solar crest cardstock.
  • Dry embossed it with Altenew Daisy bed embossing folder.
  • Then colored the embossed flowers using Copics and Altenew Artist markers.
  • After coloring, foam mounted the coloured panel over a Mehendi green A2 sized top fold card base as shown in pic.
  • Sentiment from Altenew Sentiment Strips 2 is stamped using Altenew Evergreen crips dye ink on a canary yellow cardstock and diecut it using Altenew Featured sentiments die set.
  • Its foam mounted as shown and added just 2 enamel dots in yellow to finish off the card.

Hope you like it!
