Watercolored Floral card

Hi Friends!

Made a quick card using the watercolored clematis florals and leaves.

  • Stamped SSS-Mom’s clematis using the DI -Antique linen over Arches CP 300gsm
  • Watercolored using Danielsmith watercolors Dotcard
  • Assembled the florals onto a focal panel, which has given a waterwash with light pink and yellow tones, black splatters 
  • And sentiment is stamped from the same stampset using memento Tuxedo black.
  • These matted onto A2 sized top fold white card base.
  • Few green enamel dots for the finishing touch.

Floral card : Smile

Hiya Crafty peeps,

Yet another floral card on this Valentine season. This time I have used my brand new Altenew’s Forever in Love stampset and watercolored it with Gansai Tambi watercolors.

  • Stamped the florals using Antique linen to achieve a noline watercoloring look on Arches cold pressed watercolor paper.
  • Watercolored using Gansai Bambi watercolors.
  • Added pencil detailings with Prisma colored pencils.
  • Spalshed watered white paint generously over the florals.
  • Fussy cut them an kept aside.
  • Took the focal panel slightly smaller than A2 sized card and stenciled stripes using Altenew’s classy stripes stencil and Limestone dye ink slightly and in a faded fashion.
  • Then stamped sentiment from the same stampset using Memento Tuxedo ink.
  • Then generously splashed the black paint to the focal panel.
  • Matted this to the A2 sized top fold card base.
  • Then topped the fussy cut florals onto the card and the card is ready.

Hi Hello Crafty peeps!

Happy Valentine’s Day to all my blog visitors and crafty friends.

Whipped up a quick floral card using my favorite Noline coloring using Danielsmith watercolors Dotcard on Arches Cold pressed watercolor paper. First ever try using these combos and highly convinced by  the way the colors move.

Over to pics,

  • Stamped Altenew’s Dahlia blossom using Antique linen DI on Arches cold pressed watercolor paper.
  • Used Daniel smith watercolors of SSS Debby hughes  color palette for greens and Sharri carols palette for yellows and a tinge of orange for the shadows.
  • Took Strathmore Tan paper is used for the stenciled base using Altenew class stripes stencil and Prima Modeling paste.
  • Stenciled base is matted onto a white top fold cardbase.
  • Fussy cut florals are added on the stenciled base with different dimensions for interest and yellow enamel dots as finishing touch.

Floral card – Power Poppy Heart Abloom

Hiya All,

Made a floral card as first post of this year 2020.  Used Power Poppy Heart Abloom digital stamp. It’s such an awesome bunch of flowers shaped like a heart.

Today marks my 12th Wedding Anniversary and made this floral card to gift him 🙂 As always he loved this handmade card.

  • Printed the floral digi onto a white cardstock.
  • Colored using Prisma colored pencils.
  • Handlettered the sentiment “Love you” onto the inner banner using Tombow Hardtip.
  • Took a 6″ square white card base.
  • Stenciled the card base using Altenew Classy stripes stencil with Altenew Limestone Ink.
  • Then added the fussy cut florals onto the card using foam adhesives and the card is done.

Hi Friends,

Am delighted to join in Unity stamp company and Graciellie Design Instragram hop. My insta handle is @sathyakala.23

Made a CAS card using the recent release of Graciellie Design.

Play along the Insta hop and stand for a chance to win Unity Gift certificates  5 Prizes each $20.

  • Took a A2 sized top fold black card base.
  • Using TCW 6×6 Art is stencil, with versamark ink and perfect pearls, created a chalkboard effect diagonally.
  • Sprayed slightly with water to fix the perfect pearls.
  • Colored the florals from Graciellie Design using prisma colored pencils. 
  • Fussy cut and mounted onto a cork tag with a sentiment strip.
  • Thus finished off this simple one layer CAS card.

A quick OLC for today.

  • Blended Wild honey distress oxide on a portion of a A2 sized white card base.
  • Stamped the sentiment.
  • Splattered the watered down white acrylic paint.
  • Colored the Cute birds chipzeb in black and added just above the sentiment to finish off the card.

Good morning!

Back here today with yet another OLC (One Layer Card) using Graciellie Designs digital stampset Your Life is Your story, one of my fave of the recent releases.

  • Printed the digital stamps over the A2 sized white cardstock directly.
  • Colored the florals using Fabercastell classic color pencils.
  • Played with watered down Distress oxides: Worn Lipstick, Peacock feathers by smooshing the inks using acrylic block.
  • Splattered Gansai Tambi gold watercolor.
  • Added the sentiment strip with a washitaped strip using a foam adhesive.

Butterfly One Layer card

Hi Friends,

Back here after a week with a CAS card to share.

One of the most favorite quote stamp and Butterfly from my Favorite stamp company, Inspired by Stamping. 

Just stamped the sentiment and the butterfly in memento black ink on a white A2 sized card base directly for a dramatic look. And this makes as One layer card too. Bit of shading on the butterfly is all I have done to finish off the card.
