Guest Designing at ICR Bloghop

Hi Crafty Friends!!

Am happy to welcome you all for ICR Year End Bloghop. Am even more happy to start Bloghop at this year 2016 beginning and to join them at the year end too!!!

Thanks for inviting me, for being part of this Blohop!

This bloghop emphasized on Technique : “Wet/Dry Embossing”

  • I throughly enjoyed making this card, as its my first trial at no line coloring.
  • I wanna showcase all Embossing possibilities in this card to give participants an idea to work along for the bloghop challenge.
  • Done dry embossing on the background, before which i distressed the central portion heavily with Evergreen bough Distress ink in a circular portion and faded out at the periphery.
  • Then Dry embossed it with WRMK 3D embossing folder- Weaves
  • For Wet embossing, applied Wendy Vecchi Embossing paste to the central portion to create a texture and sprinkled mini art stones generously for extra added textures.
  • Using foam adhesives added the colored image along with a piece of cheesecloth.
  • Sentiment is Heat embossed using White Embossing powder on vellum and tucked near the image.
  • Few clear droplets added to finish off the card.
Hope you like this card.
